PRICES: All the prices are in American dollars and they are fastened in return without notice previous. The Price is based on one person, on a base of double occupation, unless different conditions are specified.
◊ HOTEL RESERVATIONS NOT FORMING PART OF AN ORGANIZED TOUR
Annulments and Reimbursements: - If an annulment is received in 30 days before the date of his arrival to Peru, the deposit of the trip is refundable but not the administrative expenses. - If an annulment is received between 29 and 15 days before the date of his arrival to Peru, the Reimbursements will be subject to a hardship of 30 % of the entire price. - The Reimbursements will not be granted if the annulment is received 14 days before the date of arrival to Peru, in case of non-presentation of passenger (s) or of presenting the annulment during the tour.
NOTE: - During high period, reservations of groups, us (PERU OPEN TOURS) we will reserve the right to alter the norms of annulments and Reimbursements if our providers apply different hardships to others that we have mentioned lines above. For such a motive we will indicate it in case beech some probable threat of annulment of services and you need from this information.

◊ RESPONSIBILITY We leave steadfastness that Peru Open Tours works for account and order of our customers, organizing the itinerary with the means of transport, accommodation or other required tourist services, for which we do not assume the responsibility in case of accidents, losses, delays or interferences with the tour for reasons of force majeure other events that do not involve our responsibility, especially with regard to programs and schedules.
◊ IMPORTANT Our company will not be liable for any illness, pregnancy or physical or mental incapacity, which may put in danger the health or integrity of any passenger or third parties during the carrying out of the contracted tour or that may imply any limitation or impediment for our company to provide such tourist services. Thus, our company will NOT recognise any claim or refund due to any such abovementioned concept, including such cases where under normal conditions no such problem would arise. Furthermore, we request to be informed regarding any such limitation prior to the contracting of our services, in order to recommend services that will take into account any such existing impediments.
