RESERVATIONS AND SPECIAL INDICATIONS
- PERU OPEN TOURS E.I.R.L. " delivery the coupons and /
or 'vouchers' of hotels and services acquired to our
company according to the agreed . Then the above
mentioned coupons or vouchers will have to be given to
our Operator of Services who will receive it at his
arrival to the airport or the station of bus of the
destination chosen according to his itinerary.
- In the vouchers there will be indicated if PERU OPEN
TOURS has the air tickets of the travelers or if these
will be bought by the passengers.
- It is an indispensable requisite that PERU OPEN TOURS
counts in his database with the finished direction,
phones, fax and e-mail of the travelers in order to
facilitate the communication in case like that is needed.
- Any air reservation will have to be accompanied of the
number of document of identity and / passport of the
person who travels, according to disposition of the Air
Lines and SUNAT it is not possible to sell the tickets
if our agency is not provided with this information.
- The published tariff has the validity from January 1st
to December 31th 2006; except Holy Week, Inti Raymi ( 20
to 27 June), day of the independence of Peru (27 to 30
July), Christmas and New Year. Any other change of date
or d route we will do it of his knowledge with the due
anticipation for email.
- The prices are exact for person, not comisionables and
expressed in American Dollars.
- You can consult with PERU OPEN TOURS the regulations
of minimal stay when they are not indicated, as well as
the optional programs, extensions and/or changes.
- The tax is not included in the airport of Perú, so
much for National Flights (US$ 6.05 for person) and for
International Flights (US$ 30.25 for person).
- The air lines are responsible for their flights and
itineraries.
- PERU OPEN TOURS is not responsible in case of a delay
of the Air Line that could alter the normal development
of our programs.
- In case of Passengers NOT SHOW. We will receive from
you 100 % of the agreed price.
◊ PAYMENTS CONDITIONS AND CONFIRMATIONS
- Individual passengers (Fits) and/or groups, will have
to be confirmeds as minimum 45 days of anticipation to
the date of arrive, also you will have to carry out
together with the reservation a prepayment of 50 % of
the entire cost, across a bank transference to our Bank
in Lima - Peru.
- To the moment of his arrival to our country you will
have to pay 50 % of the tourist itinerary that has not
been paid with Cash, and it is counter-delivers of the
employed documents for your trip,for which a
representative of our company will wait for it in the
selected hotel in Lima to his arrival. Our
representative will do to him delivery of his documents
of trip as well as also he will give him a finished
explanation of the employed tour.

ANNULMENTS AND REIMBURSEMENTS
- If an annulment is received in 30 days before the date
of his arrival to Peru, the deposit of the trip is
refundable but not the administrative expenses.
- If an annulment is received between 29 and 15 days
before the date of his arrival to Peru, the
Reimbursements will be subject to a hardship of 30 % of
the entire price.
- The Reimbursements will not be granted if the
annulment is received 14 days before the date of arrival
to Peru, in case of non-presentation of passenger (s) or
of presenting the annulment during the tour.
NOTE
- During high period, reservations of groups, or special
regulations of the providers of services, us we will
reserve the right to alter the norms of annulments and
Reimbursements if our providers apply different
hardships to others that we have mentioned lines above,
For such a motive we will indicate it in case beech some
probable threat of annulment of services and you need
from this information.
◊REIMBURSEMENTS, MODIFICATION AND RESPONSABILITIES

REIMBURSEMENTS
- The Reimbursements will be delivered directly to the
passenger and/or agency or corresponding provider.
- The passenger who does not present himself or
interrupts the tour, is not subject to any type of
refund.

MODIFICATION
- For reasons properly well-taken we reserves the right
to modify the itinerary, as well as when it creates it
necessarily for a better development of the same.

RESPONSABILITIES
- The organizing Agency or Proveedores will not be
responsible for the consequences of any type of
alteration of the derivative program or produced by the
closing of airports, climatological conditions or other
motives, as delay of flights, political situations,
strikes, change of type of plane and/or any other
circumstance of force majeure.
- In cases of problems of force majeure that appear
before the trip begins or during the same , PERU OPEN
TOURS will realize the necessary negotiations in order
to find the most favorable solution for our clients;
nevertheless if the problems are out of our
possibilities and responsibilities, they will be solved
by our clients across his Insurance of Trip.
- PERU OPEN TOURS declines of any responsibility on
personal damages, accidents, illnesses, as well as
thefts, losses, deteriorations or losses.

OF THE RESPONSABILITIES OF THE AGENCY
- PERU OPEN TOURS will not have responsibility in those
fortuitous cases or of force majeure.
- Any problem and/or consequences that could take place
and that are attributable to the different operators of
the services, will be solved by them. Therefore it will
not be a responsibility of PERU OPEN TOURS.
